What is not included

What you pay separately for.

  • Software and tool costs. CallRail, CRM subscriptions, dialer software, conversation intelligence tools. You pay these directly to the vendor at the vendor's pricing.
  • Recruiting fees for full time hires. We help you hire. We do not charge a placement fee. The cost of any job board, candidate sourcing, or background check service is yours.
  • Marketing services. If you also need marketing help, our sister company The Influence Agency handles that under a separate engagement.
  • Custom development. If your CRM rebuild requires custom integration work that exceeds standard configuration, we will scope that as a separate project.

Pricing questions

Can I switch tiers as my business grows?

Yes. Most clients start on Bronze or Silver and move up as the operation scales. Some stay on the same tier indefinitely because it fits. There is no penalty for changing tiers.

Do you do month to month or annual contracts?

Month to month with thirty day notice. We earn the next month by being worth it this month.

Is the Diagnostic required before a retainer?

For most clients, yes. We need to see what we are working with before we can do useful work. Exceptions exist for very simple, narrowly scoped Bronze engagements.

Can we negotiate the price?

No. The pricing is the pricing. We hold the line because the alternative is doing inconsistent work at inconsistent prices, which produces inconsistent outcomes.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

No. Equity engagements muddy the working relationship and rarely produce better outcomes for either side.

What if it is not working?

Thirty day notice and you are out. We do not chase clients to retain revenue. If we are not producing value, we are not earning the retainer.

Are there discounts for non profits, startups, or referrals?

We occasionally do reduced rates for select non profit work. Otherwise the pricing holds.

What about pricing in USD for cross border clients?

All pricing is in Canadian dollars. We can invoice in USD for cross border clients at the prevailing exchange rate plus 3% for currency volatility.
